Holding Fee
Please fill out this form and select one of the payment methods below to place your holding fee. This will hold your selected puppy and allow others families to know they have been placed and no longer available.  Fill out each field entirely (ex: address field- include house number, street, and city). 
This holding fee is non refundable! So please be sure you are certain of your choice and ready to welcome your puppy into your home. Once a holding fee is placed we no longer advertise the puppy and any other potential homes are turned away. 
This form is for pet owners only.  If you are interested in breeding rights please fill out the "Breeder Holding Fee" form. 

Have you read and accepted our Health Guarantee?
You understand that your puppy comes to you as a pet only. This means registration will be limited and you have no rights to breed the puppy.
We do not ship our puppies! We are located in central Arkansas and will meet at our state border or at the airport (LIT). It is your responsibility to pick up your puppy and make arrangements with us to do so.
Do you understand that once this holding fee is placed it is not refundable? If you change your mind, find another puppy, or can no longer bring the puppy home for whatever reason the fee will not be refunded. If for some reason Copperhead Puppies cannot fulfill placement of the puppy, the fee will be refunded.
